Job Description
The Customer Service Assistant (CSA) serves as the branch’s frontliner, addressing queries and processing applications or requests for the Bank’s products and services, including account openings. The CSA is responsible for initial client contact and conducts KYC checks as per Bank, BSP, and AMLA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course; computer literacy is essential.
- Experience as a CSA or New Accounts Clerk is a plus.
