Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with clients and other third-parties
  • Assist in the complete submission of clients’ documents
  • Assist in the presentation of the company’s products and services to its customers
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure the latter’s constant interest in the company’s products
  • Perform clerical tasks, such as filing of documents; updating records; writing correspondences, memoranda, and emails on behalf of the sales department; coordinating with other concerned departments; and taking note of concerns and questions raised by clients.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, administrative assistant, or similar roles
  • Preferably has a background in the real estate industry
  • Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of sales processes
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills, such as communication, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
  • Willing to work at our San Juan city office

Schedule: M – F (M-Th: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm; F: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm)
