Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate 2 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a strong problem-solving ability.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of CRM systems are a plus.
