Job Description
Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, a part of Abbott’s Diagnostics family, is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Manila, Philippines. This role involves efficiently processing inbound purchase orders from various sources.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer purchase orders via different platforms
- Ensure accuracy of sales order information in the ERP system
- Escalate unresolved orders for prompt resolution
- Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily processing requirements
- Execute Quality System processes
- Handle other assigned duties
Basic Qualifications | Education:
- College/Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years experience in a related field
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP applications is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good keyboarding and typing skills
- Data entry experience
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- Willingness to work night shift
