Job Description
Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, part of Abbott’s Diagnostics family, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate for our Manila, Philippines office. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing inbound purchase orders through various channels, including Fax, Email, EDI, and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchase orders while ensuring data accuracy in SAP ERP.
- Collaborate with Order Escalation Specialists to resolve workflow issues.
- Provide daily order status updates to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- College/Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
- Availability for night shifts.
