Job Description
Join our team at Accenture as a Customer Service Associate! In this role, you will manage calls, emails, and faxes related to Life and Disability Insurance services. We seek detail-oriented individuals dedicated to enhancing customer service.
This Night Shift position is based at Gateway Tower 2, with weekends off. Ideal candidates include college graduates and undergraduates with at least 1 year of BPO/Customer Service experience. Knowledge of insurance or healthcare accounts is a plus.
