Job Description
Education/Training:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and database applications necessary
- With strong communication skills including experience in writing, answering phone calls and speaking to clients
- Ability to perform multiple tasks as needed
- Ability to work in a team environment
Competencies:
- The role is responsible in assisting all customer inquiries, transactions and concerns regarding enrolment and registration to training and assessment programs while ensuring that documented policies and procedures on the registration process are observed and maintained in adherence with company’s requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
