Job Description
Job Scope:
- Handle Customer inquiries/concerns and Alert escalations via email
- Insightz SOC Documentation
- Daily and Monthly Report Completion
- Making sure IOC trackers are updated
- Handle Endpoint inquiries/concerns by POCs and SAs
- Other Ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- A ‘customer first’ attitude and approach when working with clients.
- Have the ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively.
- Ample knowledge in Microsoft 0365
- Organizational and technical skills
- A good team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
Experience:
- Customer Advisor: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- English effectively (Required)
