Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing all customer-related concerns and directing each issue to the respective departments at Investagrams.

- Validate and process KYC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with AML policies.
- Identify and assess customer needs.
- Provide solutions to customer feedback.
- Engage customers through communication.
- Assist with user access and payments.
