Work arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid
Employee needed: 48 employees can start in July
Job details:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Email/Calls by using Various systems and tools
- Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems.
- Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems.
- Open for High School Graduates / undergraduates and Bachelor without experience
