Job Description
- Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
- Resolving customer inquiries through phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email.
- Identifying customer needs and escalating inquiries when necessary.
- Contacting customers to provide feedback on their inquiries.
- Updating customer information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Performing other duties as required.
Willing to be assigned at department store, Glorietta 4, Makati City.
