About the role: I’m looking for experienced Customer Experience Associates to work directly with our telehealth patients to help them reach their weight loss goals and ensure they have a great experience. Ideal candidates are adept at problem-solving, experienced in remote settings, and love helping others.

– Resolve emails and chats from patients, create feedback loops, meet SLA’s, and more.

– Multiple years of US customer support experience, strong communication skills, and healthcare background.
