Job Description
MET StreamServe Global Careers is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate. You will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels.
- Support customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.
- Resolve complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Log customer interactions accurately in our system.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
