Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Money Media. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.
Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will also assist in processing transactions and maintaining customer records accurately.
