Job Description
Are you dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service? NEW CITY COMMERCIAL CORPORATION (NCC) is looking for a committed Customer Service Associate for our Calinan 2 branch. In this vital role, you will interact with customers to respond to inquiries and effectively implement marketing strategies. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial as you serve as the first point of contact for the NCC Rewards Club.
Qualifications:
- At least some college education
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills
