Job Description
Join the New City Commercial Corporation (NCC) as a Customer Service Associate (CSA)! In this role, you will interact with both internal and external customers to provide information and address inquiries, concerns, and grievances. You will ensure the effective implementation of income-generating schemes within the marketing department as well as serve as a front-liner of the NCC Rewards Club.
Qualifications:
- At least college level
- Knowledge in phone etiquette
- Understanding of customer service principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage
