Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
