Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate will interact with customers, provide information about services, and resolve complaints. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty will be a key responsibility.
