Job Description
Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to enhance our team. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
In this role, you will embody a customer-centric approach, efficiently addressing inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, SMS, and emails. Your primary responsibilities will include managing loan inquiries, processing requests, and resolving customer complaints while consistently meeting departmental KPIs.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour shift schedule. The role offers additional benefits, including a 13th-month salary, bonuses, and performance incentives.
