Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Associate V to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Associate will also assist in processing orders, managing accounts, and updating customer information.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of customer service experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
