We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the Customer Service Associate role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting and answering queries (through phone) of Value Care clients and hospital personnel regarding their plan benefits, consultations, admissions, and utilization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle client inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage.
- Issue outpatient/inpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics, and dentists.
- Coordinate with different departments to address clients’ needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or any medical allied courses.
- Relevant experience is preferred, but fresh/entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Manila.
