Job Description
Value Care Health Systems is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will provide assistance to clients and hospital staff regarding inquiries related to plan benefits, consultations, admissions, and utilization.
Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, issuing approval codes, and collaborating with various departments to address client needs. We welcome applicants who are graduates of medical or business-related programs, regardless of experience. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
