Job Description
Job Summary: Vantage Financial Corporation seeks a Customer Service Associate to act as Subject Matter Experts in Western Union and other eBiz transactions. You will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions during outages and inquiries.
- Route calls accurately and process electronic requests.
- Monitor service transactions and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide important updates to branches and sub-agents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
