Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to serve as Subject Matter Experts in Western Union and other eBiz transactions, acting as the first point-of-contact for internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Bridge transactions during power outages and internet unavailability.
- Handle inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Route phone calls accurately.
- Monitor customer service transactions and submit reports.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 year customer service experience.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
