Job Description
The Customer Service Center Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales leads through inbound and outbound calls. Key duties include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting products or services to increase revenue.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
