Job Description
Metro Main Star Asia Corp. is currently looking for a committed Customer Service Clerk to uphold exceptional service standards in our Customer Service areas. This role entails effectively managing inventory and preparing items to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain Gift Bags and Gift Wrapping Supplies
- Oversee inventory management
- Prepare items for customer pull-out
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Customer Service area
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
