Job Description
Functional Responsibilities
Check new bookings via VMS system.
Update shipping details and confirm bookings via VMS.
Move and create shipment reference in VMS system.
Book shipment with nominated carrier (thru email or web).
Coordinate with CFS and Transport team – for consol shipment.
Update Import Security Filling (ISF) on VMS system.
Update Cargo Received (GR) on VMS system.
Prepare and submit Final Shipping Instruction (FSI) to carrier.
Prepare and submit Shipping Advise on VMS system.
Scan and Upload Docs.
Prepare payment to carrier and billing to clients.
