Job Description
We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Pioneer Account.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to our valued clients. You will handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any customer concerns or complaints.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
