Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive at Probe CX. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field. Experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
Your main responsibilities will include providing excellent customer support via phone and email, managing inquiries related to account maintenance and payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
