Job Description
Responsible for providing outstanding customer service and information on medical, travel, or sachet insurance products. Primary role involves first contact resolution.
- Vocational or undergrad with sales or call-center experience (minimum 6 months).
- Accepting candidates with good Communication Skills even without related experience.
- Preferably with nursing/medical background.
- Experience in selling or supporting insurance products is ideal, but sales experience is acceptable.
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Personality traits: good demeanor, ability to handle irate customers, enjoys reading.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
Schedule: Shift system
Experience: 1 year in Insurance / HMO / Healthcare / BPO
