Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and accurately assessing caller requests and inquiries
- Scheduling patients with providers based on insurances and preferences
- Monitoring new patient referrals and appointments
- Confirming scheduled appointments and handling missed calls promptly
- Verifying patient insurances and ensuring HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- At least 2nd-year college with 1+ year of related work experience
- Amenable to night shift and onsite work in Ortigas
