Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team at VGG in Rockwell. In this pivotal role, you will provide outstanding service in the financial sector, ensuring customer satisfaction and support.
Position Details:
Start Date: Week of September 28 – October 19
Salary: ₱75,00.00 per month
Qualifications:
- No prior call center experience required
- B2 level proficiency on the CEFR scale
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Minimum of 5 years relevant customer service experience
