Job Description
- Leads, coaches, and manages the Customer Service team
- Operates as a Centre of Excellence and Value Add profit generator
- Coordinates and ensures compliance on Customer Service excellence training
- Monitors Global Customer Service KPIs and leads best practices initiatives
- Manages escalations and workload balance efficiently
- Builds relationships with key customers and enhances service levels
- Develops tools to improve customer satisfaction
