Sixeleven Global Services and Solutions is seeking a Team Leader to oversee agent attendance, productivity, and customer interactions. You will manage systems like Aircall and Gorgias and will play a key role in training and coaching agents, ensuring compliance with our discipline code, and maintaining KPIs.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess strong verbal and written English communication skills, have at least 1 year of BPO experience, and 2 years of customer service management experience. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
