Job Description
TRANSCEND MANAGEMENT is looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager to spearhead the creation and oversight of our new customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for devising strategies to meet performance targets, leading team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a BPO environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php120,00.00 to Php150,00.00, along with benefits such as health insurance and flexible scheduling options.
