Job Description
As a Customer Service Non-voice representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media. Your role will involve resolving customer queries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates with excellent written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently. Previous customer service experience and familiarity with CRM systems would be advantageous.
