Location: Premia Catering, Rosario Avenue, Rosario Complex, San Pedro City, Laguna (near Southwoods City)
Job Overview:
The Customer Service Office Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the smooth operation of office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Order Processing and Coordination:
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery or resolution of customer needs.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve pending issues.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
- Organize and file office documentation for easy retrieval.
Office Administration:
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including drafting letters, memos, and emails.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when needed.
Problem Resolution:
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office administration, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
