Job Description
BDO Network Bank is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer responsible for delivering exceptional service to BDO retail customers, accredited merchants, and the general public.
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferred
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a BPO/Call Center
- Excellent communication skills required
- Willing to be based in Sasa, Davao City
Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Expected Start Date: 04/16/2025
