Job Description
Conduct account visits and/or telemarketing of consumables to existing machines in the field
Monitor consumption patterns/buying habits of each account and analyze discrepancies from ideal or standard usage
Consistently follow up existing clients’ needs for consumables and ensure prompt delivery
Check machine performance during at least monthly client visits
Assist clients with sales and service-related concerns, coordinating with relevant departments
Update database of existing installations
Attend and participate in all sales-related meetings
Adhere to company policies on orders, credit terms, and deliveries
Prepare customized proposals based on gathered data
