Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. If you enjoy helping others and have a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you!
