Job Description
GENERAL JOB DEFINITION:
The showroom customer service attends customer inquiries and resolves complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Checks various systems like juice dispensers, TVs, and audio systems
- Updates customers on delivery and assembly schedules
- Greets customers warmly and assists with replacements or returns
- Handles email inquiries and complaints
- Processes Home Card applications and quality checks returned items
- Communicates with customers on returns and replacements
- Prioritizes phone calls and maintains workplace organization
Job Type: Full-time
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
