Job Description
- Must have knowledge of technology and products regarding real estate or construction.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. Provide clear and concise information through various channels.
- Maintain a deep understanding of products/services for accurate assistance. Identify and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Assist with orders, tracking, and ensure timely delivery. Keep accurate records of interactions and feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Assist in other post-sales customer service including payment collection, loan process, turn-over related issues.
- And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
