Job Description

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service department, including managing a team of representatives, analyzing feedback and trends, implementing process improvements, and resolving escalated issues promptly. They collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively, monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met, and stay informed about industry best practices. Additionally, they foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork and accountability, and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer service or call center environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
