Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join UBIX Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting account visits and telemarketing consumables.
- Monitoring consumption patterns and analyzing discrepancies.
- Following up on client needs and ensuring timely delivery.
- Checking machine performance monthly.
- Assisting clients with sales service concerns.
- Updating databases and attending sales meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness to travel and at least 1 year of experience.
