Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account setup, management, and issue troubleshooting.
- Escalate technical issues to support teams.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Provide high-quality customer service with a positive attitude.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior related experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must work on-site with strong English communication skills.
- Amenable to on-site interviews.
