Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service – Parts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with part inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Identifying and processing part orders accurately
- Providing technical assistance and product information
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
