Qualifications:

a. Candidate must be atleast 18 years of age

b. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reached 2nd year in College with no back subjects

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to call questions and complaints following procedures
  • Gather information, resolve queries, and log customer calls
  • Communicate alternatives in a timely manner
  • Inform clients about service options and understand customer needs
  • Provide guidance and help to lower-level employees
