Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Quality Supervisor to join our team. As the Customer Service Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of service provided to our customers. You will evaluate customer interactions, provide feedback to the customer service team, and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience in a customer service role. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work well under pressure, have exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
