Job Description
The KAI MALL is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Relations Associate to enhance customer experience and safety measures. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Relations:
- Addressing customer, tenant, and employee concerns.
- Resolving first-level complaints.
- Overseeing emergency responses.
Safety & Security:
- Managing theft cases and incident reports.
- Conducting post inspections.
- Responding to emergency programs.
Parking Management:
- Leading car park staff and policy improvements.
- Ensuring profitability by optimizing sales.
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month.
