Job Description
18Degrees Air Cooling Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, effectively resolving inquiries and complaints.
Requirements: 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a high school diploma. Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month with paid training.
Your schedule includes an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday. English proficiency is preferred.
