Job Description
Join our team at 18Degrees Air Cooling Solutions Inc. as a full-time Customer Service Representative! You will provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities include resolving inquiries and complaints, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to enhance service quality.
To qualify, you should have a high school diploma (a degree is a plus), 1-2 years of customer service experience, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a monthly salary of Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00, with benefits such as paid training and overtime pay.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with potential weekends.
