Job Description
Access Healthcare is seeking an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative with Patient Scheduling experience to join our pioneering team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing patient appointments, handling changes and cancellations, and making inbound/outbound calls.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in Healthcare BPO, preferably in patient scheduling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus. The position requires onsite work at Double Dragon, Pasay.
Salary ranges from Php25,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance, paid training, and transportation services.
