Job Summary:

We are looking for a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to potential customers about a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. Your primary focus will be on increasing profitability and sales revenue through excellent customer service and a consultative approach to selling and client conversion.
